4-04-26	Sat 4th Apr, 2026	The next Rove is coming up quickly at Brisbane Transport Museum (Queensland Omnibus & Coach Society) Queensland Omnibus & Coach Society Inc. We will first meet for lunch at 11:30AM, then head over to the Museum by 1:00PM. Come for one or both! When: Saturday 4th April Meeting first at Club Southside ( Club Southside \| Club Southside \| Queensland ) for lunch at 11:30am located on 76 Mount Gravatt-Capalaba Rd, Upper Mount Gravatt. Then heading to the bus museum which opens at 1pm, located at 600 Mains Rd, Nathan. A map is attached to help people getting there with a distinguishing landmark being the boldly named Nissan Arena which I have marked on the map on the Cnr of Kessels and Mains Rd. Please RSVP by the 28th of March 2026 Admission: Being a group I was able to get the admission to $15 per person with children under 16 being $10, to facilitate its probably best to wear a Rover shirt or a name tag, though I will go ahead of the group to stand with the volunteers at the ticket entrance. Parking: The bus museum committee has allowed us to display our Rovers in the car park immediately above the museum their bus joyrides leave from (shown in the map) and this might be a good leaflet opportunity, or there is the undercover parking across the road. If I could get numbers by the 28th just to gauge numbers for booking at Club Southside given its the Easter weekend and if anyone wants to forego lunch and go straight to the museum. As the Queensland Omnibus & Coach Society are accommodating us so well, it would be good to see some new people join in the fun. Just a reminder that you don't need to bring your Rover to the events, you are most welcome however you get there! Event Flyer
